Meet Irina Iosilevich, a talented makeup artist who spent her professional career making women beautiful from Saks Fifth Avenue at Bal Harbor to beauty mecca Sephora. Always inquisitive and analytical, Irina wondered how she could invent a way to reproduce the complicated and time-consuming professional makeup applications she was doing for her clients – women who would buy hundreds of dollars of cosmetics and professional tools, only to come back and tell her they couldn’t reproduce the same look at home.

With the help of her husband and brother (who holds a PhD in Chemistry), Irina experimented in her kitchen for a decade until they hit upon a way to combine long-wearing mineral pigments with a single-use applicator – and colorOn Professional was born. Irina has literally reinvented eye makeup.

Irina is the President and Creative Director of colorOn Professional, conceiving new products and collaborating with a network of working makeup artists and other talented individuals to create new color combinations, textures and palettes. Their creativity is inspired by a huge range of influences: Fashion runways and magazines, fine art, street-level trends and influential European style makers.

Irina is also the heart and soul of colorOn Professional, keeping the company’s core purpose alive: Providing women with simple, time-saving and innovative technology, making it a little easier to be beautiful every day.
