Frequently Asked Questions

The application is so easy. Simply peel back the applicator from the card, and center the pad on closed eyelid. Hold in place at each corner of the eye, making a "peace sign," and gently rub the back of the applicator with the index finger of your free hand. Remove and dispose. Lightly dust with setting powder provided. This will make the formula waterproof, and give the shadow a soft matte finish. Click here to view our demonstration video. Tips for Application


Close your eye, place applicator edge near inner corner of eye, center applicator on lid and place close to lash line. Hold in place with index and middle finger, making a"peace sign". Hold in place.


Gently rub the back of the applicator with your free index finger. Be sure to smooth over entire lid starting from the inner corner of the eye working outward and up. For a lighter application, lightly rub the back of the applicator.


Slowly peel back the applicator from eyelid and set aside. Keep your eye closed to avoid creasing.


Use different fingers to gently tap and blend each color to your desired look. Use one finger for darker shade and another finger for lighter shade. Note: for avant-garde designs such as Leopard, Camouflage and Zebra, avoid blending altogether to preserve intended design.


After blending, loose shimmer or glitter can be added to any design by applying it to a makeup brush and pushing it into the wet cream in the areas where sparkle is desired.


With GetSet™ Powder and brush provided, sweep the powder over entire lid and you are "all set" for gorgeous eye shadow that will wear all day and night without creasing, smudging or the need to reapply. For naturally oily lids or water and/or sun exposure, apply heavier coating of GetSet™ Powder.

Along with the Instant Eye Shadow Applicators, you will also receive just the right amount of our setting powder and a small brush to apply it. Any of the metallic and shimmer shadows come with a special setting powder that enhances the shimmer effect. Each ColorOn applicator card will indicate whether you should set it with Setting Powder #1 (matte) or Setting Powder #2 (shimmer).

Yes, all of our eye shadows contain pure minerals. In addition, the moisturizing formula fills in and smooths the skin, while light-reflecting pigments correct and enhance the eye area.

Yes. The Instant Eye Shadow Applicator plays well with others. No eye shadow base is needed, as it is built-in to our formula. Apply our produduct first, and then layer with other eye shadows and liquid and dry liners. False lashes and appliques also adhere well to our shadows. Setting powder should be applied as the last step before mascara and/or lashes. By themselves or layered, you will get a professional, flawless look every time.

Shipping and Returns


If you chose $5.00 Flat Rate Shipping, your order is sent by USPS and is shipped First Class Mail which is a 2-8 day ship time depending upon your location. If you chose Priority shipping, your order will be sent by either Fedex 2 Day or USPS Priority.

Please note that the tracking will only go live once the parcel has physically started moving through the postal network - this can take 12-24 hours after you receive the confirmation email. You will then be allocated a time slot for delivery on the day of delivery.

TEAM ORDERS: Unless otherwise requested, large Team Orders will be shipped Fedex Ground or USPS Priority.


If you have not received an email please check your junk or spam folder and move this email into your primary email folder to ensure future emails are not sent to spam or junk mail.

If you still have not located your order or it has not arrived by the expect delivery date, please contact us at sales@coloronpro.com with your order number and we will help update you on your order status.


Shipping time is the time it takes once a packaged is picked up by the shipping carrier. Processing time is the time it takes for our Shipping Department to prepare your order for shipment. If all the items are in stock, the order will be prepared for shipment within 1-3 working days. For custom or large orders, manufacturing time can range from 1 - 3 weeks depending upon the order details. Please ask for a production schedule when placing large orders. To estimate the time of delivery, calculate the time for processing and shipping.

ONLINE ORDERS: Once an order is place online, order processing typically is 1-3 days prior to dispatching an order for shipping if all items are in stock. Any delays in processing time due to stock issues will be communicated by email to determine if you require cancellation or will wait for a restock. You will be provided with the restock processing time in the event we are in a back order situation.

TEAM ORDERS: Team orders are typically larger than online orders and can take 1-7 business days to fulfill. This time can vary based on high season, stock levels or customization of products.

WHOLESALE ORDERS: Wholesale orders vary in processing time depending upon the size of the order, manufacturing time and the customization details. All team, custom and wholesale orders will include a production time quote when the order is placed.

Please check your email spam or junk mail for emails from sales@coloronpro.com prior to contacting our office. If you find emails in one of these folders, move it to your primary inbox to avoid future lost emails.

ONLINE ORDERS: You will receive a tracking number in a confirmation email which you can use to track your order at the appropriate carrier (fedex.com or usps.com) websites once the order has been dispatched. You can also use our Track Your Order function under the My Account tab. It is important to create an account so that all communications can be viewed in your Account Dashboard.

Please note that the tracking will only go live once the parcel has physically started moving through the postal network - this can take 12-24 hours after you receive the dispatch email. You will then be allocated a time slot for delivery on the day of delivery. If you have not received an email or if your order has not arrived by the expect delivery date, as per your email, please contact us by email with your order number.

TEAM ORDERS: Tracking numbers for Team Orders will be sent via email and cannot be tracked

Online orders can only be processed within the United States. If you want to ship an order outside on the United States, please contact sales@coloronrpro.com to place your order by email. Please note delivery times and prices may vary for destinations outside the United States. Actual shipping times and cost cannot be determined until the order is ready for dispatch. Prices and shipping agent may also vary depending on the size of the order you're purchasing. Shipping estimates are given at the time of order. We will provide the best available pricing and ship time based on your location and weight of package using one of our shipping agents.

If your item arrives damaged or we have shipped you a replacement item, please email sales@coloronpro.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will send a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item you received at no extra cost to you.

LOST PACKAGE: If your order appears to be lost, we advise you to contact us within the first 14 days of your order shipment. We will look into sending a replacement for your order after your package has shipped. We may require your replacement package to be sent with signature verification to ensure the package reaches you safely at your cost. All shipments lost due to incorrect information in the order cannot be replaced.


Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED products purchased through www.coloronpro.com within 7 days of receipt and approved by management.

All opened and used products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged due the nature of our business. Refunds are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after you click the Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once if your order has been shipped. If you made an error on your order the quickest way to correct this issue is to call our office immediately and speak with a sales representative.
